Jarrod helped us with a bunch of tasks around the house including installing a GFCI outlet, securing a dresser to the wall, mounting a TV, hanging a mirror on the wall, putting up security lights/cameras on the exterior of the house and a few sundries. The GFCI outlet involved cutting through drywall and wood frame to pull wires through, then repairing the dry wall, texturing and repainting. All the work was impeccably done. It's obvious that Jarrod likes to do things right and takes pride in his work. He also isn't going to do things that aren't necessary. Case in point - we thought we would need to remove and replace an interior door but he pointed out that just changing out the handle would be enough and did just that. Overall, we're highly pleased with the work he did for us. If I have one gripe, it's that scheduling was challenging but I understand that when other jobs overrun it has a knock-on effect. So, if you are looking for someone to do quality work at a reasonable price and can be slightly flexible, reach out to Jarrod. You won't be disappointed.

Jarred was able to install two bah fans and chang one of the ducts. He was able to stop by within a short timeframe. Took great care in installing the fans going through the instructions carefully. For one of the bathrooms it was little complicated. Thought of changing the second duct as well but the placement is right above there is HVAV platform on attic and the space is cramped. This has caused the adspter to break loose while pushing the housing back (small plastic clips). Jarred used tpe to keep in palce and th housing has resistance wich helps not to break lose agin. I was still litle worried but, metioned it will be fine and also told his work comes with one year warranty and if something breaks, he would fix it. This gave me lot of confidence. I will need to check how the fans holds up. But, the work was very professional and I would hireally him again for projects at my home.
