Amanda is amazing! She works so hard and puts so much time and effort into making your wedding day perfect! Everything about our wedding was exactly how we wanted it, thanks to Amanda. She kept us on schedule and dealt with all the vendors so that all we had to do was show up. She did all the decorating and setting up and clean up afterwards. Any issue that came up she dealt with, such as when our linens were the wrong size, she ran to the store to buy fabric to use as tablecloths (and no one knew the difference!). She came prepared for anything, with extra cameras and sound systems; she also is a licensed bartender and officiant. I really can’t imagine trying to do our wedding without Amanda. This woman does it all and is so kind and thoughtful and professional. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her. She is always available to answer questions and help ease any stress. I initially was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, but Amanda is worth every penny (and more). Thank you Amanda for making our wedding absolutely perfect!

Our experience with Amanda was great. She joined us with just two weeks to go on an already-planned wedding as a day-of coordinator. She was very diligent, a hard worker, and one of her many backup plans ended up saving the day. Well worth her fee!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $50 booking discount for couples who pay the entire fee at the time of booking. Discounts are available for Military (Veterans as well as Active Duty) and First Responders.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Amanda is a Certified Wedding Planner, Ordained Wedding Officiant and holds a Class 12 permit. Matthew is an Ordained Wedding Officiant. Both Amanda and Matthew are U.S. Army Veterans, where this experience serves our clients well is our ability to improvise and adapt in any situation while remaining calm and professional despite any situation that may come up on your wedding day. When we say we are prepared for anything that may come up on your wedding day, we mean anything.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working as a personal assistant for a small business owner in Coronado, California in 2007 and successful planning and delivery events ranging from a weekly beach volleyball tournament for local youth to upscale client appreciation events, I realized I found my calling.
