- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During your first session- introduction, we'll discover and establish your fitness goals, set a baseline for your current weight and body fat percentage, establish your current fitness level- strength, flexibility, endurance (muscular&cardio), and balance. From there we will map out a plan and timeline for you to accomplish your goals.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to workout with an amateur body builder who decided to help me get stronger with my martial arts training. Soon after getting results my friends joined my workouts. Our trainer moved away and my friends looked to me for workout guidance. So I did and repeated everything my trainer showed me, immersed myself with fitness knowledge and health. At that point I realized I enjoyed helping people reach their fitness goals and live healthier lifestyles. I studied for my first certification ACE. I worked as a personal trainer in a few big box gyms. Shortly after I recertified with AFPA and FiTour.
