- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You’ll send me your current materials (or a summary of what you need), and I’ll ask a few targeted questions to understand your goals and tone. Then I’ll build a draft and we’ll refine it together until it fits perfectly—accurate, authentic, and effective. Once we finalize your resume, essay, or document, I’ll deliver polished Word and PDF versions (and can walk you through edits if you’re learning to write better). Every project includes unlimited revisions until you’re satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an AAS in Business Administration and a BA in Data Analysis, both completed with near-perfect GPAs. I’ve completed multiple specialized certifications in resume writing, and I’m also a published author with experience tutoring college-level writing. My background combines strong technical communication, data-driven decision-making, and clear, professional writing across formats.
