Excellent all around! Very responsive. She knows what employers are looking for. She has a lot of knowledge in how to create a great resume that shows your experience with conciseness and really highlights the key factors employers are looking for; excellent with words.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I do ask a $20 down payment, the rest is due upon completion Additional Products: Cover Letter: $20 Reference Page: $10 Thank you Note: $20 Recommendation Letter (Will work with the person writing it): $20

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    You will send me your information, I'll have you fill out a few forms and I will build a rough draft. We will work together to ensure it is an accurate representation of your skills. Once we have the resume complete I will construct the cover letter and we will go through the same process. Once you are satisfied you will complete the rest of the payment and I will send you both PDF and Word files of the finished product.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have an AAS in Business Administration and took several courses while there on hiring and resume writing and reviewing. In my career, I have hired new employees as well as handled the hiring process for internal promotions over the span of ten years. I have been writing resumes professionally for over five years.
