- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have financing available. We have club memberships available for regular maintenance for less then $1/day and those clients recieve a 15% discount. We also offer a 3% discount for military/first responders/senior citizens. 5% savings for anyone paying with a check on installs. Our $149 dispatch-fee is for anyone in Clark County. There is an additional charge depending on the location outside of Clark County
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through phone call or email we will discuss what the goal is & provide answers regarding budgets and available resources/refunds. The next step is a on site estimate with a tech/installer to confirm details and the estimate. Then we will find a date that best fits the customers schedule to complete the work. Payment is due when the project is completed. Financing is available.

Homeowners, commercial property, restaurants, single family homes, apartments
