Sara is an absolute gem to work with! She’s super quick to respond, she’s great at interacting with the guests and vendors, she brings supplies as needed and makes sure her area is always clean and presentable. From her timeliness, professionalism and overall good energy, she’s a great addition to your event! As a coordinator, I love working with vendors who are good at what they do and have not only worked with Sara but had her as a bartender at my own wedding. I believe great bartending should be affordable! I offer flexible packages to fit a variety of budgets and will price match a comparable bartending service whenever possible. Pricing depends on factors such as guest count, event length, location, and the level of service you need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make the planning process as easy and stress-free as possible! We start with a consultation to discuss your event, guest count, venue, and the type of experience you're looking for. From there, I'll provide a customized quote and answer any questions you have.
Once you're booked, I'll help you create a drink menu, estimate how much alcohol and mixers you'll need, and provide a shopping list if requested. If you're interested in signature cocktails, we can schedule a tasting before your event.
On the day of your event, I'll arrive early to set up, ensure everything is organized, and provide friendly, efficient, and responsible bartending service from start to finish. My goal is to keep the drinks flowing, the lines short, and your guests happy so you can relax and enjoy your event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of bartending experience in fast-paced bar environments, along with 5 years specializing in weddings and private events. My experience has taught me how to provide efficient service, manage high-volume crowds, create quality cocktails, and keep events running smoothly.
I am MAST Certified and hold a Food Handler Card, with training focused on responsible alcohol service, guest safety, and professionalism. I understand that every event is unique, and I have the experience to adapt to different venues, guest needs, and event styles while providing a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
