I NEVER leave reviews but have to for this experience. Jason made a special birthday present happen for my wife in short notice, and made one of the most epic meals ice ever had. Been to Japan, and top sushi restaurants in the US, and his work is on that level. Great fish, super cool presentation, and some unique takes on sushi that were unreal (glazed sushi, smoked sashimi, homemade soy sauce). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to setup a person to person video meeting or phone call to discuss more options to better serve our guests. We take all allergies and dietary restrictions into consideration best suited for our guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our Chef has been in the industry for 20+ years. Attended Le Cordon Bleu and even owned a restaurant in San Diego. Chef has worked for a variety of restaurants including Japanese, Korean, American and French and now has tapped into his own cultural cuisine by creating a Filipino inspired Catering and Ghost Kitchen out of Buckley, WA.
