- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally allow an average of $75.00 per pickup truck load and $15.00 an hour for labor. I also negotiate the price on hauling and pressure washing to reach a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer to make certain that instructions are followed and the job is complete before leaving the premises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done pressure washing and demo work for the following companies. Seattle City Light, Pierce backhoe service, Port of Seattle, Washington Natural Gas, Starbucks and numerous trucking companies. I retired from the Postal Service after 38 years and owned a pressure washing business for 4 years. I helped remodel several houses.
