- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is done through a program called Xactimate and it is a pricing program that generates industry standard pricing for construction services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the assessment is finished and everything is agreed upon with the insurance adjuster, our company, and the homeowner, we pull samples to test for lead and asbestos. Once we get confirmation of results, we preform the demo and dryout services in a timely manner to prepare for the affected area to be rebuilt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although most certifications are not required to perform mitigation, We make sure our employees are certified through Argus and IICRC so we are fully educated on any project we work with.
