FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing generally comes in lower than others as my goal is to remain a small independent business where my overhead is lower so I can accomplish my goal of offering affordable pricing by taking care of my customers without them having to cover large advertising fees. I offer senior and military discounts and always give my best price upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will take the time to go over your issue and explain everything to you in great detail. I will always offer multiple options if available and try to meet your needs as you require. I will write up a free quote for you as I don't charge trip fees. My intent is to develop a long-lasting working relationship based on trust and excellent customer service and workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, Tacoma. I have been a licensed residential plumber since 2005 in WA state and maintain my continuing education. I have successfully graduated from HVAC training schools and hold a Seattle side sewer certification. I have done training with The Training Center for my EPA universal certification as well. I also hold a plumbing and general contractor license through Washington state.
