The Surface By Design team did a wonderful job on painting 4 rooms, our stairs, trim and also a fantastic job on our bathroom cabinet. Scott was professional and always on time, he did a great job. They are highly competitive in price and I recommend them for any painting project.

Had my entry way, living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway painted by Larry Munn and his team. They were AWESOME to work with. They finished the job ahead of schedule and only needed to come back for minor touch ups. They were very professional and super easy to work with!! Would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them. Paint job is AMAZING!!!

Larry wasn't able to so the Job himself, but he sent his employee Zach who did an excellent job. The job was finished under budget, and was extremely pleased with the result. I highly recommend this company if you need a paint job.

Larry did a fantastic job on our living room and hall painting. We also had him do some drywall repairs which turned out great. We have other things that need to be done and will call him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services require a visit to the site. ie; painting, counter top coatings, etc.. some have set prices, and quotes can be given over the phone, or through e mail.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It startes with an on site visit so we can really learn all we can about the project and what the customer wants and expects.. we will be able to determine how much materials will be needed and take a physical look at the work. we take measurements, and notes as well as pictures usually. the next step is to prepare a written estimate and we normally email that right away. if the numbers work for our customer they will call us and say ok!, lets do this! at that point we will schedule the work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking for new products, coatings, and the latest in equiptment. We also pay for training in all of our services . Most of our coatings require us to become certified installers, or franchisees.
