Andrii does fantastic, top-quality, work. He is precise and detail-oriented. He is a highly skilled craftsman, very careful, and thorough. He removed several layers of flooring in my old 1920s home, prepped, and installed the new slate tile flooring with meticulous precision. I wanted a particular pattern and he created it with exceptional, every single piece was carefully thought out. I enjoyed working with Andrii and his team. He’s a great communicator, punctual, and keeps the worksite clean and organized!

Andrii did excellent work, evaluating and replacing my kitchen floor. He was easy to work with, communicated well and promptly. He showed up at my house on time, when he said he would. His work was exemplary, resulting in a top-quality product. Andrii cleaned up after the job was done very well. His price was reasonable, especially in light of the first-rate work he did. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We worked with Andrii at MIAR LLC on a complete remodel of our family room. It was a large project, including adding a new bathroom to the space. Andrii did an outstanding job. His quality workmanship is seen in every detail of the project, from the tiling in the bathroom, the fireplace and cabinets he installed, to the beautiful built-in shelves. He has a wide breadth of skills, including drywalling, flooring, adding doors, and shelving. His workspace was neat and organized. He had excellent communication, stayed in budget and on time, and was a pleasure to work with. I would be happy to hire Andrii again!
