Peaks recently replaced my roof, including all the plywood sheathing, and they did a fantastic job. I have a 1200 square foot rambler with a simple gable roof and they completed the entire job in 2 days. Peaks was not the least expensive bid that I got but I was not looking for the cheapest contractor. I was looking for someone who would do a quality job at a fair price and for someone that I trusted would follow up if there were any problems along the way. I also felt that Peaks was installing the best shingle (GAF) over their competitors and their installation came with a much better warranty. I'm glad I went with my gut and chose Peaks. The entire process was easy and problem free and the end result looks great. Aaron even came back after the job was complete and cut in some extra soffit vents so the roof would breathe better. Thanks for a great job, Peaks!

We knew going in that our roof was way past due to be replaced, and that there would be some underlying repair work to be done. Nobody realized just how bad it was though until they were actually into the job. They were able to bring in a carpenter to help with the structural repairs and still had the job done in just a few days, and at a price that we felt was fair and reasonable. My brother-in-law, who is a perfectionist and has worked around the home construction industry for 40 years, was very satisfied with their work. Very professional, did a great job cleaning up after they were done, and met all our expectations. My only slight quibble is that when they offered a discount for paying cash, unlike most businesses they actually meant CASH - a check wasn't considered cash, and that wasn't made clear up front. Considering everything else we had going on though, that is a small complaint.

We cannot be happier! Very professional from getting things arranged to getting the job done. Our project kept getting delayed for other reasons and they were able to accommodate us and be there and get the job done in 3 days. We price based on the scope and scale of every individual job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to see the roof in person if possible and help the customer find the perfect product for their home or project. We then submit estimates, sign contracts and go to work, sharing progress reports and updates for the duration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years roofing experiece for one of our owners. 14+ years material and product knowledge for the other.
