- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although I have standard prices for each type of flooring installation, there are some factors that may raise or lower the final bid price I provide, So I prefer to inspect the job site at no cost to the customer before providing a final bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As every floor can present its own challenges or even lack of challenges, I prefer to inspect the site before providing a bid. This is at no cost to the customer, and insures that you get my best price possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work very closely with my material suppliers to insure that I am kept up to date on all the best practices for installation and finishing.
