- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read, read, read and experiment. Once in a while, I attend a local cooking class. Also, I talk to other chefs about ideas.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It has always been my dream. I have worked in many restaurants, commercial kitchens and ran a little "hippy restaurant" a while back. I love people, creating works of art, listening to them and providing an appropriate atmosphere , depending on the occasion. Again, food has always been my passion. I love what I do and I do what I love.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
If my clients want me to make their meals, I shop for the finest ingredients and make a meal that stays in their mind. I want them to say "I wish I had Kareena's (my gram's nickname for me) lasagna, apple-cheesecake pie, salad... After I have dinner ready, I clean up my mess and silently leave while they enjoy and incredible meal. I can also run their errands, do their shopping (groceries and personal), wrap gifts beautifully and ask for their list of things they need done..
