I am a certified elite calisthenics specialist, Wellness coach, Myofascial Cupping, Reiki Healing Practitioner and co-founder and member of the professional organization Northwest Calisthenics Collective. With over nine years of professional, freelance and volunteer experience teaching fitness and performance related drills to all demographics between youth and senior population as well as servicemen and women and first responders. Previously I was a part of one of the most reputable and influential organizations and have decided to bring my knowledge back home to the PNW. In the recent arrival of exercise fads, calisthenics is tried and tested through the decades with proven results. I mean if it's good enough for the ancient Greeks... The work I do changes lives, reminds people of in essence who they truly are and how to sit with themselves once more. It has the infinite possibility to improve and teach independence, self awareness, confidence, health and wellness. I show people how to regain control of their life and these lessons and principles I introduce them to carry over beyond just a physical aspect. I believe anything that is worth having takes effort. If I am chosen my goal will be to help you and your decisions line up with what is true to who you are, so you can stop putting that effort elsewhere.
