FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard diagnostic service fee is $70, which is applied toward the total repair cost if you decide to proceed with the repair. We provide upfront, flat-rate estimates before any work begins — no hidden fees. Discounts are occasionally available for returning customers and multiple-appliance service calls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by gathering details about the appliance issue to ensure we send the right technician and parts. We then schedule a convenient service window and confirm the appointment. During the visit, our technician performs a full diagnostic and provides a clear, upfront estimate. If you choose to proceed, the $70 service fee is applied toward the total repair cost. We complete the repair efficiently, test the equipment, and provide care and maintenance recommendations before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are professionally trained and certified in appliance repair and HVAC services. We hold EPA 608 certification for refrigeration work and state contractor licenses in Washington and Oregon. In addition, our team has completed technical training, manufacturer-specific programs (LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, True, Turbo Air, etc.), and ongoing hands-on education to stay current with modern appliance technologies and refrigerants such as R-290 and R-449A.
