I sometimes wish it weren't true, but I'm on the meticulous side when it comes to my home and am forever cautious of hiring anyone to do basically anything as I don't anticipate the quality of workmanship being adequate. I can honestly say that Vlad put my mind at ease as it was evident right away that he is someone who has honed his craft and knows what he is doing. While he worked a little on the quicker side, he left a beautifully done job on my house (removed and re-caulked all of the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area where previous caulking had failed/started cracking open). I would definitely seek his services again. There are 'handymen' and there are skilled professionals - Vlad definitely falls into the latter category - he was also a pleasure to speak with and just a very relatable person. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Vlad did a GREAT job. Our 2x4” tiles (Tile Bar) look incredible and our floor was perfect. He was not only super efficient in doing this whole project himself, but extremely detail oriented and perfectionist in his work. He made my vision into reality. Absolutely grateful. Amazing work.

I can not say enough good things about Vlad with Elite Tile. He showed up on time, was friendly and personable, and was happy to address all my questions and concerns. He was efficient with both time and materials and left the work area clean when he was finished. Best of all, he transformed my kitchen with his beautiful tile work. It's better than I invisioned! Pricing is based on each individual project and its complexity, which is usually based on labor & materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a new customer is speaking with them on the phone to setup a meeting time to meet in person, so we can go over the project details together in person. Then, I can write up an estimate/bid proposal of the project to email to the customer. Hopefully, soon after, we can agree on the the estimate/bid proposal and we schedule a time to meet to sign a contract with a deposit, so we can proceed forward with their project
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a Helper and over the year I got engaged so things shifted I decided to learn everything to know about tile /installation process
And secrets so for 3-4 years of as a
Apprentice after I left to travel Hawaii and other states doing all sorts of custom high end villas/custom houses-commercial you name it.
Now been 12 years and I own my business
I have a passion for my job I enjoy doing Tile-wood floors
