I own a rental in Vancouver but don't live in the area. We needed a reliable company to do the basic work around the grounds to keep the property looking sharp. I sent requests for bids to multiple companies. Jason responded promptly. He offered exactly the services I was looking for at a very competitive rate. As service began, the quality of work was excellent. Jason and his crew have gone above and beyond the stated work in the contract clearing an overgrown ivy patch on the property and managing parts of the property not explicitly stated in our contract. They've contacted me promptly with pictures when they discovered missing shingles on the roof during gutter clean out. They are flexible and responsive and would highly recommend them for anybody looking for trustworthy care of their property.
