Excellent company! The team arrived on time, explained the entire process in detail, and completed the job with great quality. They installed a new lawn, adjusted the irrigationsystem, and transformed our yard. They cleaned up everything before leaving, and their pricing was fair with no hidden fees. Although Mark replaced solenoid ,which I supplied,and all he had to do was to screw it in (hand tight) and connect two wires with two nuts that I supplied Total time on project 12 mins He did make minor adjustments on two sprinkler heads But for what was performed and that he supplied zero parts I feel I was a victim of scam $250 was what he charged me and said that his personal guarantee was what the price paid for In my opinion the project should not have been more than $100 75 for service call and twenty five for the work

I understand that 12 minutes may seem like a short amount of time for a $250 service. However, you’re not just paying for the 12 minutes it took to complete the repair — you’re paying for the knowledge and experience it takes to know exactly what the problem is and how to fix it correctly.
I spent over a year and a half learning and working with irrigation systems. The reason I was able to complete the repair quickly is because I knew what needed to be done. Professional experience has value, even when the repair itself doesn’t take long.
You could have done the repair yourself, but you chose to hire a licensed professional, and with that comes the responsibility of making sure the job is done correctly and standing behind the work.
Most importantly, the problem was fixed, the system was tested and adjusted, and I stand behind my work. If the same issue related to my repair comes back, I’ll take care of it.

We start with a free on-site consultation and estimate. Once the project details and pricing are approved, we schedule the work and complete the installation from scratch efficiently and professionally.
