My toilet was leaking around the base. Darius contacted my quickly, gave me a fair quote and discussed possible contingencies. He was at my house after finishing with his job, repaired the toilet and was on his way within an hour or so. He was professional and my fears of a weekend without a functioning bathroom were allayed. I would call him again for repairs.
