What is Energy Balancing?
Energy Balancing is the activity of realigning and re-attuning the body's energy systems. Similar to electrical energy that flows through the power lines to your home, the body's energy flows through pathways in and around the body. When the body's energy networks are interrupted, health and wellness can be compromised. Stress, internal conflict, unprocessed memories and traumas (physical and emotional) can both deplete and impede the energetic flow within the bodymind complex. Energy Balancing restores the flow of energy so that the body can operate optimally.
What's going to happen?
I follow a protocol, using intuition and energetic techniques such as tapping over the client's head and heart in order to identify energy that is ready to shift within my client's body/mind. My observations cause the shift and the tapping imprints the new energy pattern which results in an improved state of being for the client. The Client is not required to do anything. Just relax!
What techniques are used and how are they different?
Accunect: Accunect principles are 1) our body already knows how to heal itself, that 2) our reality or experience of the world is based on our perceptions, and that 3) our beliefs determine our physiology. Therefore if we are able to shift our perceptions and our beliefs, we can change our physical experience. Since we are all connected through the Zero Point Field, we can use this energetic connection to identify and shift perceptions and beliefs. Using these concepts it is apparent that neither the practitioner nor the client has knowledge or expertise unknown to the other. It is simply the energetic connection and healing intention that allows the shifts to occur resulting in an overall improved sense of well-being.
BodyTalk: BodyTalk is a simple and effective therapy that allows the body's energy systems to be re-synchronized so they can operate as nature intended. Each system, cell and atom is in constant communication with each other at all times, however stress in its many forms can impede this communication. Reconnecting these lines of communication enables the body's mechanisms to function at optimal levels, thus preventing disease and rapidly accelerating the healing process. In this way, BodyTalk stimulates the body's innate ability to balance and heal itself.
Reiki: Reiki means "Universal Energy". This ancient hands-on energy balancing system uses the practitioner as a conduit for bringing universal energy to a client's physical body. Reiki is based on the belief that when spiritual energy flows through a practitioner, the energy systems within the clients body/mind complex are cleared of stuck energy and reminded of how to flow on their intended paths, in turn the vibrational frequency of the physical cells in the client's body are raised, which in turn heals the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the client.
Light Therapy!
Included in my Energy Balancing Sessions I am pleased to be offering Light Therapy using an LED In-Light Wellness System. This system uses Red, Blue and Near Infrared light waves in a non-invasive yet effective way to stimulate blood circulation and therefore increasing oxygen availability throughout the body. Light Therapy alone places you into rest and healing mode, allows your body's innate wisdom to carry out its natural healing functions.
