FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is listed on our website. Additional fees may apply for extensive travel, extra meetings, and additional coordinators.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting two months before the wedding is the first meeting where we address what the couple has and doesn't have regarding wedding vendors and decisions made. Then we reach out to the vendors to make introductions. A week before the wedding, we have the final meeting where we go through the whole timeline together, make last-minute decisions, and do vendor confirmations. The rehearsal and wedding day will be flawless with Bells Bows and Vows onsite, making everything run smoothly!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of event coordination and planning in areas like weeklong group camps, events within the restaurant industry, fundraising for nonprofits, and weddings. I am a certified timeline genius and have the necessary skill to keep your wedding day organized, smooth, and flawless. If anything goes wrong, you won't know about it until after your wedding!
