We hired Noah to prepare and serve a brunch for 18 people @ a private home. He and his food were outstanding! I have catered many an event and seldom is it perfect. Very Professional,Chef Noah knows how to cater an affair.The Cuisine was superb, eye appeal was only surpassed by delectiable dishes.My event lasted srveral hours.Food temperatures were good throughout. Noah recently catered a casual dinner party for six of us, and we each remarked that it was one of the very best meals of our lives! He's very collaborative with the menu planning (if you want him to be) and each course was original, fresh and super-flavorful with some unexpected twist -- either in presentation or flavor or both. Two in our group thought they disliked beets, but Noah's beet 'Napolean' with goat cheese (pictured) changed their minds. I grew up eating fresh-caught Dungeness crab, and his crabcakes were the best I've ever had. His salmon roulade was crazy, crazy good. Our floorplan allowed us to see into the kitchen and chat with Noah, and it was astonishing to watch how quickly and expertly he worked, and how meticulously clean he kept the kitchen as he prepared course after course. (The difference between a seasoned pro and a home cook is so dramatic!) He's also got a great sense of humor and is a fun guy to talk to. So whether you want to be in on the planning or say "surprise me," he's going to deliver one of the most delicious, most memorable meals you'll ever have. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is not standardize at this time, we start with your budget, and dial it in to exactly what you want and go from there, IT is ALL, about YOU!! Generally for hourly culinary service its $15 - 25 per hr, depending on skills needed.
