We hired Noah to prepare and serve a brunch for 18 people @ a private home. He and his food were outstanding! I have catered many an event and seldom is it perfect. This was everything I could have hoped for and more. by the way, he is also very professional.

Noah recently catered a casual dinner party for six of us, and we each remarked that it was one of the very best meals of our lives! He's very collaborative with the menu planning (if you want him to be) and each course was original, fresh and super-flavorful with some unexpected twist -- either in presentation or flavor or both. Two in our group thought they disliked beets, but Noah's beet 'Napolean' with goat cheese (pictured) changed their minds. I grew up eating fresh-caught Dungeness crab, and his crabcakes were the best I've ever had. His salmon roulade was crazy, crazy good. Our floorplan allowed us to see into the kitchen and chat with Noah, and it was astonishing to watch how quickly and expertly he worked, and how meticulously clean he kept the kitchen as he prepared course after course. (The difference between a seasoned pro and a home cook is so dramatic!) He's also got a great sense of humor and is a fun guy to talk to. So whether you want to be in on the planning or say "surprise me," he's going to deliver one of the most delicious, most memorable meals you'll ever have. Our group gives him 10 out of 10 stars!

Chef Noah has come to our home for 2 special occasions and both times have been exceptional. He does not miss a beat and prepares the most unique dishes. He is not your average steak & potato chef. From the elaborate appetizer spread to the salad with a mix of flavors I had not tasted to the perfectly placed main course with unique and very flavorful items. The chimichura steak was awesome! His desert sampler was perfect as well. Chef Noah brought all of his own everything and cleaned the kitchen as if we had gone out to dinner that night. It was much better than any restaurant we could have gone to. We will certainly have Chef Noah to our home again for our next dinner party!

I attended a brunch today where Chef Noah prepared a lavish buffet and served made to order omelets. He served fresh baked goods of mini-blueberry muffins, mini-bagels and Belgian waffles. The array of fresh fruit was lovely. The chef is prepared, personable and professional.

This was a great family and friend birthday event, I enjoyed being a part of it, and am glad you enjoyed the brunch, what a lovely group of people. Pricing is not standardize at this time, we start with your budget, and dial it in to exactly what you want and go from there, IT is ALL, about YOU!! Generally for hourly culinary service its $15 - 25 per hr, depending on skills needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Services are provided at the individuals, home, office, or venue as long as there is a full kitchen available. I Noah Chef, PCS, LLC prides itself on dealing with restrictions, and limitations, and dialing in specialty diets to fit the specific client needs.
