Miguel recommended clearly as to what type of repair was needed. He replaced the damaged portions of vinyl siding and replaced window and trim. Also, he replaced portions of rotten wood in the front porch. We are very happy with work done by Emerald City Exteriors.

Miguel and his team did PHENOMENAL work installing our new siding and painting the entire building. They went above and beyond by taking on additional work such as painting the exterior garage, rebuilding our exterior stairs, patching an unexpected roof leak, reframing the corner of the house and replacing exterior windows. I have worked with countless contractors and Miguels team is ONE OF THE BEST. Great communicator and excellent craftsmanship. We have a few more projects in the works and look forward to working with them again. You are in good hands with Emerald City Exteriors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Emerald City Exteriors did a great job fixing our siding. We had some lower parts that were touching concrete and they got them trimmed or replaced as needed. They did a great job communicating and were very good to work with. I'd definitely hire them again.

Miguel and his team did an awesome job. They were on time everyday they knew exactly what I wanted based on my rough idea and took on a lot more than we were both prepared for. I didn’t feel they took any shortcuts or compromised the quality of the work even with it being a strange old house with lots of weird old DIY repairs done over the years. I think for the days spent and the material sourcing the quote was exactly what I had in mind. It’s hard to find quality tradesmen these days that actually take pride in their work and I’ve already referred him to our neighbors.
