Miguel and everyone he brings in do fantastic work. They have good attention to detail and will ensure that they do the job well. We've had them repair/replace siding, fix water damage, repair decks+stairs, and even replace structural members. All was done with excellence, they communicated well, and were easy to work with.

We had a loose hardiboard panel about 40 feet above our shared driveway. I was worried about it falling and potentially hurting someone so I sent out a few quotes. Miguel at Emerald City responded quickly and was able to provide a quote the same day. He was able to schedule the repair quickly. The work looks great and most importantly the risk of falling siding is gone. I'd recommend Miguel and Emerald City to anyone looking for siding repair / help. Pictures are before and after.
