- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is listed on our website on the services page. There is also a brief description of what to expect when you make your selections. There are frequently deals or sales going on, and they tend to be seasonal. If you are curious about what something might cost or if something custom is possible, don't hesitate to reach out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more information about Wild Blue and our services, the better. If you check out the services section of our website, it should give you a good feel for what we do, how much things cost, and what to expect. If you're new to real estate or have an atypical project, and just need to ask some questions, we are available to help. That aside, the process usually involves us making sure we have the right date, time, address, and services. We'll need your contact info too. We'll do the shoot as agreed, then send your first invoice (or take payment at the shoot). We'll deliver the media as it becomes ready for you. From there if you have questions or if you need anything re-edited, or changed, we're just an email or phone call or text away.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
By and large, mostly realtors. Honorable mentions on the list are homeowners doing for sale by owner or vacation rentals. Property managers who need show a rental. Some contractors who wanted some before & afters. Even one seller who wanted a memento to remember the house his kids grew up in.
