What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An in person walk through is a must. It helps us to create that personal relationship and determine whether we are the perfect fit for you.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started with Covid. I was working another job in the service industry but Covid stopped all that very quickly. I’ve cleaned my parents house for years and during Covid, my mom asked if I wanted to do a post construction clean that a company couldn’t find a cleaner for. “Why not?! I thought. That one job led to two more which led to spiraling referrals. I realized I could adapt my cleaning schedule to fit my family life and wanted to grow a business that allowed that for families. My business was born!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a good fit. You’ll know if it’s a good fit or not very quickly. I’m not the best fit for all people and that is ok. Cleaning your home should be a collaboration between you and your house cleaner. There is no one-size-fits-all clean and your home shouldn’t be treated like one.
