- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My packages and pricing are listed in Let's Do This section on my website. I offer up to 20% savings. The more you organize, the more you save!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a phone conversation for me to learn more about what you have in mind for your home and for you to ask questions and get to know me. We will also plan your complimentary in home consultation where you will tour me through the spaces you would like me to work on and share your thoughts and ideas. From there, I will prepare a proposal with pricing and a timeline based on your goals. We will begin in the areas that you feel are most important. You will have my total attention, care, energy, creativity and strength during your sessions. My hope is to be efficient and productive as well as have some fun in the process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From a young age I enjoyed and had a natural talent for organizing, sorting, rearranging, cleaning and preparing spaces to be comfortable, workable and efficient. Over the past 32 years, raising 5 children in small homes and moving frequently, I have accumulated a wide array of experiences and skills. I am also a member of Inspired Organizer, which is a reputable community of organizing professionals that offers training, mentorship and support. In addition, each client and project is an education and I am constantly improving and refining my craft.
