"Back in early September our master bathroom toilet overflowed for a few hours through the night and ended up causing significant damage to our literally brand new home. Hydro Heroes (Benson) picked up the phone on a Sunday and responded promptly to our unfortunate situation. My wife and I have never gone through the experience of a flooded home and it was very stressful. When Benson arrived he immediately got to assessing the situation and documenting the situation. Now have gone through this experience, having someone document thoroughly is very important and helps with insurance purposes. During this time Benson also brought positive energy to the situation and provided very knowledgeable information that lessened the stress. The very next day Benson and Joas showed up and got to removing the damaged items (flooring, trim, carpet.. etc). They were very methodical in removing the items that were damaged. Our overall experience with Hydro Heroes has been superb and would recommend their services to anyone."

We a home built around 1967. The mortar around the chimney slowly gave out causing water to seep into our home during rainy and snowy seasons. Over time mold developed and we became concerned over possible health issues. We started looking for a restoration company and werent excited about the reviews we were reading about some of the other companies in the area. Thats when I thought I would check on Hydro Heros. We we met Benson we knew right away that he was the right person for us.We were happy with his honesty, and down to earth approach to our project.Benson and Jolas were polite, efficient, clean and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They were intent on making us happy throughout the process from start to finish.They also has to coordinate with another contractor who had to remove and replace our electric furnace and ductwork in order to complete this job.Benson and Jolas were great and I would highly recommend Hydo Heros to anyone who needs restoration done. They made this project easy for us and stress free. You wont go wrong.

Benson is GREAT! My husband and I found what looked like mold in a cabinet and panicked because everything you read about mold is so overwhelming. We called him and he was able to come over shortly after we called. (Same day) He checked it out and listened to all of our other mold concerns that we have had with our house. Overall his calm demeanor and clear explanations of things was so reassuring and we feel WAY better now. Bensons genuine kindness/willingness to help is truly what sets this company apart. New busines to the area but I called them when my Landry room ceiling had a black mold spot growing caused from a roof leak. Benson and Joas took all the right safety precautions for the situation. They ended up finding more mold behind one of the walls but Benson was sure to go over all my options before preceding. He kept the price as reasonable as he was able to. Even though the job ended up being more involved then we initially thought, they were able to handle all the extra demo, cleaning, and chemical applications the same day. He came back a few days later to apply a sealer after the moldicide had totally dried. He left the site clean and mold free, ready for the reconstruction to begin. I would use this business again if ever needed!

So professional and affordable! Recently moved into a new house and our stairs had a pet urine smell. Benson was able to get me booked right away and had it taken care of! Stairs are clean as new and smell is completely gone!! Would highly recommend this company!
