Tyler diagnosed a broken drain pump on my washing machine. I picked up the part and was able to replace it myself, but the machine still would not work. After googling it, I was able to figure out that there were some parts that he had removed from the motor and neglected to replace. The machine worked fine after I replaced the couplers. Tyler and his wife were very friendly and personable, but the repair experience left something to be desired.
