- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive, skilled, and good at what we do and our prices reflect all of the aforementioned. We have discounts for Military, Seniors, Teachers, and 1st Responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our Core Ideologies is to be easy to do business with. Our process is uncomplicated and simple. 1. We meet on site to discuss the project, scope of work, and budget. 2. We provide and Estimate of what it will take to do the job. 3. If selected, we then get a deposit so that we can next get the project on the schedule, source material and any subcontractors. If permitting is required we assist with the design process and paperwork or we can be hired to do it all from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay on top of all the latest publications and social media. We also attend numerous trade shows throughout the year to keep up on trends. Additionally, we are members of a variety of local builder organizations to include green building and technology building communities.
