Introduction: I have 25 years experience in the non-profit sector helping individuals and couples deal with challenges in their lives. I am certified in life, career and enneagram coaching which cover a broad range of coaching needs. Therefore, I am confident I can help you reach your goals. Most of my Thumbtack Coaching has been for Relationships and Marriage. All my clients have told me they are getting along better, learning to communicate and understand each other better. Linda worked with me when I felt stuck at a dead-end job that lacked any personal fulfillment. She was able to see potential in me and we worked together to identify my strengths and areas where I excelled. Under her guidance, I decided to continue my education and finish the degree I had started several years prior. Linda is an incredibly knowledgeable coach and mentor! She genuinely cares about my strengths and calls them out often. I have received much counsel from Linda. As well as having the privilege of working under her in the past. She has helped me to grow and become a better person in so many ways. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first 30 minute coaching session is a phone consult and is FREE. I offer that in order for us to get to know each other a little better and for the client to decide if it's a good fit. If they are satisfied, then we can set up a face-to-face 1 hour session. My service fees are $50 per one hour sessions. I suggest a minimum of 5 sessions in order to truly benefit from coaching, but that is up to the individual's choice and no pressure from me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client fills out an intake form with their contact information as well as the reason they want coaching. I will do more listening than talking in our first session to learn about my clients needs. In the second and/or third sessions I will provide tools, (e.g. relationship worksheets, etc.) to help gain better understanding and insight into the situation. I don't have an exact agenda because every situation is different, therefore I work with them individually.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified StrengthsFinder Coach which is Career Coaching. I am also a Certified Life and Relationship Coach through Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching. In my career I have had many years of experience working with couples dealing with tough issues in relationships. My undergrad is through Capella University and my Master's Degree is in Leadership and Management through Webster University.
