The team was punctual, respectful, and attentive to our concerns.
While the initial electrician misdiagnosed a minor GFCI outlet failure issue as a major wiring problem, he quickly contacted his senior colleague, Keegan, who arrived within 10 minutes and correctly identified the problem — a faulty GFCI outlet that needed replacement.
I appreciated their accountability: they offered a free replacement for a downstream GFCI outlet that was affected during the initial repair attempt. They also provided a one-year verbal warranty on the replaced outlets, which gave us peace of mind.
Overall, they were patient and ensured all our concerns were addressed before leaving. I recommend requesting Keegan for complex issues, as his expertise made a noticeable difference.

They corrected earlier installation mistakes. Added two separate circuits in the kitchen without pulling new wires thru the crow space. Added GFI to the kitchen as required by NEC. Completed the project with the half of the initial estimate.
We will hire for all our next electrical project.
