I studied Photography in college and have continue to love and practice the arts since graduation. For a while I kept it as a hobby and I am now spreading my wings to share and give other the timeless memories in images. I love to take any opportunity to share yoga of any style to all ages. I am certified with Yoga Alliance and have had 200 hours of teacher training. I have been Bartending for 4 years and Catering for 8. Being quick to adapt and great with communication makes Bartending second nature and lots of fun.

We did Ashtanga yoga on the beach. She was very clear in her explanation of the poses and gave us modifications which made it easy to move through poses and concentrate on our breathe.
