AC broke down the evening before the hottest day of the year. That constitutes an emergency in my book so I gladly forked over the extra $250 for the after-hours appt. Sent an email that night; when I hadn't received a response by 10am the following morn (Sunday), I called directly and left a message. I received a call back within 5 minutes, and the tech arrived within the hour. The whole thing took under 2 hours, and my home was nice and chilly before the highest temps hit. Would recommend!

I was very happy with the work done by advanced heating and Air, LLC. The installers of my heat pump system were very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and finished within the time they estimated. They provided complete instructions on how to operate the system, both the AC and the heat, and reviewed the guarantee with me. We have had heat pumps installed, and serviced by this company on multiple occasions. They are a great company to work with. They offer a maintenance club, which has various levels of service, and will bill on a monthly basis. They do a great job! I highly recommend this company out of Cosmopolis, WA.

Our heat pump went out a few days ago... Advanced Heating, the people we bought our heat pump from 6 years ago, sent a technician out the day after we contacted them. Our fan motor and motherboard are fried... They will be replaced under their excellent warranty parts and labor for free. These people are responsive and provide cheerful and prompt service... highly recommend!!!
