Amanda is caring and passionate about helping dogs. Our puppy, Sam, went to Amanda at 11 weeks and Amanda was great at taming her energetic tendencies and showing us how to maintain a calm environment at home, all while feeding/satisfying her Border Collie/Husky energetic mentality. She found a way to work through her stubbornness and teach her to sit, stay, lay down and be calm in her crate. It's a lot of consistency on both our part and Sam's, and she's still a work in progress, but Amanda laid a great ground work for us to build off of throughout her growth! Highly recommend Amanda!Jul 24, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I base my pricing off of how the dogs are looking when they return to the owners, how much time I spend training and caring for the dogs and the value of information I give to owners to they are fully set up with their dogs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to show my work to everyone and help dog owners understand my process and thoughts on how to train and improve their lives with their dogs. I’m open and honest so owners can decide if I am the right fit or not. Creating relationships with people is a huge part of the business. If we can’t connect and understand each other, it’s going to be hard to work together. After we establish like and trust, we can set up what type of training is needed and dates to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have attended several seminars from trainers who have been working hard for years to improve their skills and teach others how to do the same.
