Mr. Dowdle took my malware-ridden computer and repaired it in short order. I'd been trying to download Windows 10 for months. He found the problem and I now have Windows 10 up and running!

I was planning to toss my laptop as the IT department couldn't diagnose it and said to buy a new one. Troy diagnosed the problem (motherboard) and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Considering the laptop I would have bought, I saved about $600!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been into computers and technology, and after hearing about these horror stories with of my friends paying $200+ just to have someone look at their computer, I decided to open your own local computer shop, AntikyTech Computers, where the customer comes first!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of clients, but mainly residential and small businesses who need the job done right!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just had a customer "Travis", who came to me with a broken IPhone 5S screen. he began to tell me how his computer crashed years ago and he lost all his pictures of the family for years. Where others failed, I succeeded! After repairing his phone, he brought me his desktop computer, I successfully retrtieved all his lost pictures off of his desktop computer. He and his wife were in tears as they looked through pictures of their children they thought they would never see again. That was a good day!
