- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each and every tree job is different, therefor can be very hard to give a firm bid without seeing it in person.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common job is tight quarter danger tree removals. We carefully evaluate the circumstance and decide the best way of going about the job. We even use cranes to take some trees down to improve the safety and quality of work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't always go with the cheapest bid and do your research on the contractor. Make sure the contractor is properly licensed and insured, including having workman's comp coverage for employees. There are several companies out there with out it and if something bad happens it could fall back onto the customer financially.
