- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love what I do and would do it for free if I could. My prices are negotiable and I'm not against helping people save money. However I learned that the best customers are the ones that don't mind paying and are willing invest their time as well as their money. These are the people who usually follow through and use my advice and dog handling strategies put in place for their dog. Resulting in better results than the people who don't want to pay or invest time in involving themselves in the training process. We all heard the term there are no bad dogs , just bad owners.

All of my customers are a blessing to me. I'm always willing to go the extra mile for them. They deserve it.
