I needed new remotes for our garage doors and reached out through the Yelp search option. Received multiple responses within minutes from about 5 companies. John (Owner/Operator) reached out via media rely and once I provided him details gave me a firm estimate. Also asked if he could confirm me out the same day (on a Saturday!). I searched the internet reviews for his company Still Movin Garage Door and he had great reviews over multiple sites. I confirmed today would be great and within a couple of hours he was at my door. Bottom line, he did what he said, when he said he would and importantly for what he quoted. Zero upsell, although I asked about them doing Montanans on n our garage doors, since it had been > 10 years since any maintenance was done. They quoted me a very reasonable price and I had it all done while they were here. He provided me the details of f a through inspection of both garage doors and openers. The openers are old, but healthy and not need of replacement, as per their inspection. I cant adequately express the level of customer service they provided, the quick response I received, and finally all that I received for what I was charged. I was provided all of the above for $200 less that what I was quoted buy another company, and that was only for the remotes! In todays environment of less than stellar customer service, quoting low and charging high, it was refreshing to work with John.

John did an awesome job! He as very professional and friendly. He showed me the problem why the garage door wouldn't open up (broken spring) and had the part with him. He fix the issue promptly and lubed the door rollers as well as tightened all the bolts on the door. It has never been so quiet! Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend John and will use him again.
