Josh was fantastic to work with and was more than willing to tackle our small project. They walked us through the entire process, who to buy our flooring materials from, what to buy, and the bill was itemized and we knew exactly what each cost was. Our floor is just gorgeous!! I am over the top pleased with Josh's excellent workmanship. I have absolutely no complaints. He was here when he said he would be, he was cheerful and had to deal with us sometimes passing through where he was working, he is a true professional in all ways. I could not be more pleased. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as our potential clients contact us with interest we call them and find out a little bit about them and what they want. we then set up a time to come out and take measurements. We have a big showroom with a company we partner with that has huge selection of different styles of hardwood flooring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10years in the flooring trade.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Instead of going to college like many i pursued a career in woodworking.
