What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have 4 packages that i offer however if they don't meet your needs we can always discuss an alternative.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly we will discuss what it is you want, and i will explain how best i can offer you what it is you'd like, once the details are in place, payment has been made, we meet up we shoot, we have fun, then you will receive your images and be able to keep them forever!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 1 year experience in photography and I'm constanly looking for ways to improve myself and take it to the next level.
