Introduction: Hi! Welcome to my site, thank you so much for being here!!
I offer private dance lessons, health & wellness coaching, and Doula Birth support services.
After an early career in professional dance and experience in corporate finance, I am combining my passions and skills to help others progress in their lives in ways they didn't know or hadn't discovered how to yet. I offer a holistic approach to health coaching, encouraging my clients to be curious about all aspects of their life including family, money, health, and career, and I enjoy showing people the path to freeing their inner consciousness. When we recognize the power of our consciousness, amazing results can happen from weight loss to energy breakthroughs to overall happiness. We each have this power within us, but for some it may be buried or they do not know how to access it. I call this igniting your "higher self" and when you do this, you become more conscious of what foods to eat for your specific body, how to move your body in a way that feels good, and how to increase positivity and results in all facets of your life. This is my holistic approach to health improvement and I can tailor it for your specific needs :)
I also have a Certificate of Completion in Seattle's "Doula Schoola" course (in process of being certified by DONA International) and have provided Doula birth support for one natural, unmedicated hospital birth as of May 2019.
My private dance lessons are a blast! Whether you are a couple wanting to learn a dance for your wedding, or you're looking to create a group dance for an event like a quinceanera or school talent show, I would love to choreograph for you! I specialize in teaching dance to non-dancers. However, I have 15 years of competitive gymnastics and dance, as well as 3 years of all-star cheerleading and 3 years of professional dancing in the NFL and would also be happy to be provide private dance lessons or audition-prep classes at the studio here in Duvall. She taught my husband and I our first wedding dance to somewhere over the rainbow. it was very easy to learn and looked beautiful.

We just had our first dance lesson with Alexa to prepare for our first dance at our wedding. I can't say enough positive things about her! She was so patient with our indecision about what song to dance to and our lack of ANY knowledge about dancing. She came to our home, making it beyond convenient for us, and she made on a truly fun experience. We are already set up for additional lessons and can't wait for the next one. Thank you Alexa, for making a couple of non-dancers feel like we can do this and have some fun along the way! :)

You are stepping into the right class, if Alexa is your instructor. We just finished our final private dance lessons to get ready for our first dance and "bridal party flash mob" at our wedding. She worked with us patienlty as new dancers, and she was very talented at helping us understand dance. Alexa communicates clearly, and cares about her clients.
You'll find that she knows how to teach just about any style of dance that you want to learn. She is approachable for asking questions. Most importantly, she makes learning how to dance a fun experience.
