I just had a Daikin four zone ductless mini-split installed in my three bedroom home by Travis Crissman, the owner. He did a detailed layout and was really helpful with customizing the installation and keeping me informed of the steps coming up. The installation was flawless and looks every bit as I had hoped it would. The Daikin equipment is very quiet both inside and out too. When you invite a contractor into your home to install a system there is a hope that the outcome will match or exceed the promises. Called Central about a leak. They had a repair team out there the same day. They found the leak quickly and repaired it the same day. Josh was professional and courteous. They were careful with everything they handled. There was no mess when they were done. Couldnt have been a better result. Definitely a five start job.

First contacted Travis in Feb just to get estimate, wasn't able to act on it then. Checked again in July, planing on an August or September install. Got a quick response and set a date to sign Contract. Signed contract 8/26/2014, Down payment made, parts ordered and installed on September 11, 2014. Fast experienced install. I am very happy with the service and the quality of the equipment. Will be recommending this company to anyone needing service.

I deal with a lot of vendors and service providers in my line of work and find it VERY rare to encounter a company with excellent service. I can count 2, one of which is Central Heating and Cooling .My AC packed it in today at 6:30p and I called these guys from a Google search. Travis and Burt were at my house inside a half hour and had thing fixed in about 15 minutes! Not only did they show up johnny-on-the-spot, they know their stuff. Burt found the problem immediately, had the necessary part and installed it. While he was doing that Travis noticed my generator, popped the lid and found a problem there as well which he took care of. I have contracted them now to do preventative maintenance on my generator as well!These guys were such a pleasure to meet I invited them to drop by any time just to say howdy! I give them top ranking for service and response and highly recommend them for any HVAC service or installation.

Took the time out of his day to explain and educate me on my heating system. He actually answered his phone and didn't hesitate to answer my questions or concerns. He gave me a list if things to try before he came to check things out and charge me! I really appreciate the help and compassion.
