Up front, flat rate pricing given before work is commenced.
First-time customers receive 10% off, up to a maximum discount of $100.
Military and senior discounts available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact over the phone with an arrival time. Arrive at customers, evaluate situation, and give an up front flat rate price in writing. Upon approval of work, customer signs approval section of invoice, and I proceed with said work. Upon completion of work, homeowner inspects work and signs finalization section of invoice and pays with check or credit card.
