H2Flow was very responsive and conducted a professional assessment of our leak. We worked out a time where they were in the neighborhood and they came by to evaluate all the major sources.
Even better, they were totally transparent where there was nothing to be done, instead of coming up with extra work to pay for the trip.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Up front, flat rate pricing given before work is commenced
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact over the phone with an arrival time. Arrive at customers, evaluate situation, and give an up front flat rate price in writing. Upon approval of work, customer signs approval section of invoice, and I proceed with said work. Upon completion of work, homeowner inspects work and signs finalization section of invoice and pays with check, cash, or credit card.
