We hired Pacific Pro Group for a 900 sq ft second-story addition and full main-floor remodel on our Edmonds home. The project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and slightly under budget. Pacific Pro handled all permitting in-house, navigating the City of Edmonds, critical areas, and tree-protection requirements efficiently and without involving us in the process. Approvals were received well within typical timelines. Communication throughout was excellent via Buildertrend. Daily logs, progress photos, schedule updates, selections, change orders, and real-time budget tracking were all accessible in one clean, easy-to-use platform. The crew was professional, punctual, and respectful, maintaining a tidy site while we remained in the home. Workmanship is outstanding. I hired Pacific Pro Group for a complete remodel. They took the house down to the floor and created a totally new house to showcase the view. They provided a clear plan and calendar and kept me informed throughout the project. They ensured all the subcontractors were well supervised. The finished house is amazing and everyone who has seen it is very impressed. I highly recommend them for your project be it big or smaller.

Vlad and his team were excellent from start to finish in planning and installing laminate flooring throughout our entire house. Vlad was super responsive and helpful before and during our install. He and his team went above and beyond what was planned and the flooring came out perfect. Very efficient, punctual, flexible and excellent workmanship. We also hired Vlad's team for replacing all baseboard and they came out beautifully as well, with lots of attention to detail around our rounded wall corners. Vlad made the entire experience extremely smooth and easy for us. Highly recommend!

    Look for a contractor that is licensed bonded and insured someone that goes through all the details of the project so at the end there won’t be any surprise charges.
