    I love athletics. I played as many sports as I could while growing up and try to do the same today. Throughout my time playing and training for sports, I developed a love for the gym and mechanisms behind human adaptation to exercise stress. Also, the current status of health in the US needs a resurgence of affordable, enthusiastic, and effective trainers, like myself.
