I operated our construction company for more than 15 years with an in-house bookkeeper. I became frustrated with the cost and inefficientcy of keeping our books. I found Hannah De Dioss Bookkeeper Office service during an internet search. Hannah reviewed our business processes and made a proposal to perform our bookkeeping work. It has now been four years since I decided to outsource our bookkeeping to Hannahs team and I have never beendisappointed in my decision. Bookkeeper Office now maintains our accounting records, processes bi-weekly payroll, helps with our accounts receivable process, produces accurate and timely state and local business reports, and produces monthly financial statements during the first week after a month closes. Hannah suggested we change banks to reduce costs and improve efficiency. She transformed our invoicing process to the benefit of our customers and our company. Hannah and her staff provide timely and accurate information to our CPA, enabling our annual tax return production. We started working with Bookeeper office early this year. Like many small companies, our finances were a mess which made it very difficult to strategically grow the business. Within a couple of weeks, Jolene reconciled our entire 2018 finances and gave us accurate financial statements. Every month, she reconciles our finances and helps us with our B&O tax liabilities. At the end of every quarter, Jolene & Hannah review our financial statements and revisit the business goals that we had set for ourselves. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our base cost is $340 per month. From there we add in what the client needs and do custom pricing at a fixed cost per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We offer a file check service to analyze what is going on with their current Quickbooks file and then do a clean up. From there we move to monthly services or training. With new companies, we set everything up and get them running on Quickbooks online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am Quickbooks certified and have a business degree. I do continuing education to keep up with new field innovations and research apps consistently I think will work for my clients.
