My husband and I interviewed numerous contractors to build a 300 s.f. addition for our home. After several months of interviews we decided that Jeff was the best fit for us. This was his first home addition for a customer. We couldn't be more pleased with the final results. Jeff drew the plans for our addition, applied for all necessary permits, and hired subcontractors where required. He did it all! It was a comfort for us to deal with just one person who was on-site every day during our project. This is not something you would generally get from larger companies. I was the main contract person for this large, 4-month long project. I appreciate that he genuinely listens to his customer's needs and concerns. He answered ALL of my questions - there were a lot! :) His customer service and communications skills exceed most other contractors we've hired. He has a high level of integrity, is respectful of your home, and an all around pleasant person to work with. Our addition is beautiful!! We loved that Jeff included us in the process and never assumed what we might want. The project took a little longer then expected; however, taking into consideration that a number of issues were out of Jeff's hands we were okay with the delay. We know that our structure is solid and safe. We've already hired him for our next project; remodeling our bathroom. Thank you Jeff from the bottom of our hearts. Jeff was great to work with!! I showed him a picture of a similar patio cover and he drew up plans specifically to fit on our house and worked with the city for the permits and inspection. Jeff is very professional and his craftsmanship is excellent!! We love our covered patio!! Thank you, Jeff!!

We'd hire Jeff again in a heartbeat! He showed up on time with a professional attitude. We loved that he saw the same potential we saw in our overgrown fixer upper. We hired him on the spot and he started work the following week building nearly 300 sq. ft of fence and 4 gates. His price was right and he was just all around a great guy.
